REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES The Navajo Townsite Community Development Corporation (NTCDC) is soliciting proposals from qualified Indian and non-Indian firms to provide Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services on a 7 acre parcel which will occupy (6) homes within the community of Navajo New Mexico. The project is funded by the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA) program: 1.Project RFP # NTCDC-08-02 consists of the development of (6) new homes. The services required but not limited to be are: Produce architectural and engineering plans and specification for dwelling structures and sub-division plotted plans; Construction administration. Detailed scope of work and proposal requirements outlined in the RFP packets NTCDC-08-02 can be obtained by calling Mr. Ralph Redhair at (505) 777-2245 or by picking up packets at the NTCDC office Route 12 Mill Rd Navajo NM. All interested Indian owned enterprises must complete an ?Indian Enterprise Qualification Statement? and submit it with the proposal. The award of the contract is subject to Section 7(b) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act {25 U.S.C. 450 (e) (b)} and HUD requirements set forth in the 24 CFR 1000.52. All proposals hand carried or mailed must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 4 2008 (Wednesday) at the NTCDC office P. O. Box 876 Navajo New Mexico 87328.
