NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 3 2008 at the hour of 1:30 p.m. the undersigned Special Master will at 3300 N. Butler St. Ste. 201 Farmington New Mexico sell all the right title and interest of the above-named Defendants in and to the hereinafter described real estate to the highest bidder for cash. The property to be sold is located at 50 County Road 5479 Farmington and is situate in San Juan County New Mexico and is particularly described as follows: That part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (S/2SE/4SE/4) of Section Twenty-Two (22) in Township Twenty-Nine (29) North of Range Twelve (12) West N.M.P.M. San Juan County New Mexico described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Section 22; THENCE North 89 deg 16' 00? W 417.42 feet; THENCE North 00 deg 13' 00? East 208.71 feet; THENCE South 89 deg 16' 00? East 417.42 feet; THENCE South 00 deg 13' 00? West 208.71 feet to the point of beginning. THE FOREGOING SALE will be made to satisfy a judgment rendered by the above Court in the above-entitled and numbered cause on April 24 2008 being an action to foreclose a mortgage on the above-described property.
