NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 3 2008 at the hour of 1:30 p.m. the undersigned Special Master will at 3300 N. Butler St. Ste. 201 Farmington New Mexico sell all the right title and interest of the above-named Defendants in and to the hereinafter described real estate to the highest bidder for cash. The property to be sold is located at 1706 Mountain View Circle Bloomfield and is situate in San Juan County New Mexico and is particularly described as follows: Lot Twenty-nine (29) of the MOUNTAIN VIEW MOBILE HOME ESTATES in the City of Bloomfield San Juan County New Mexico according to the Plat thereof filed for record in the Office of the San Juan County Clerk on September 20 1996 and all improvements including but not limited to the manufactured home attached thereto and more particularly described as a 2003 Wind Doublewide Vin No. PH2210008AB License Plate Number 205811MHA. THE FOREGOING SALE will be made to satisfy a judgment rendered by the above Court in the above-entitled and numbered cause on April 25 2008 being an action to foreclose a mortgage on the above-described property. The Plaintiff's judgment which includes interest and costs is $105,004.43 and the same bears interest at 6.125% per annum from April 1 2008. The amount of such interest to the date of sale will be $1,127.71. The Plaintiff has the right to bid at such sale and submit its bid verbally or in writing. The Plaintiff may apply all or any part of its judgment to the purchase price in lieu of cash. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the discretion of the Special Master.
