LEGAL NOTICE Window Rock Apache County Arizona NAVAJO NATION ROAD FUNDS PROJECT REQUEST FOR BIDS BULK PURCHASE OF TWELVE (12) NEW 2008 MOTOR GRADERS RE-BID RFP No. 08-03-523 DY The Navajo Nation Department of Transportation (Navajo DOT) is soliciting for sealed bids from qualified vendors/businesses for the bulk purchase and delivery of Twelve (12) New 2008 Motor Graders to be used for road maintenance and construction projects located on the Navajo Nation which encompasses the following states: New Mexico Arizona and Utah. Delivery of the Motor Graders shall be made at the following sites: Tse Bonito New Mexico; Window Rock Arizona; and Red Mesa Utah. Vendors with sound and proven records of service delivery and reliability are encouraged to apply. Prospective bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these provisions. Having preference does not guarantee award of project. Competitive bidding under the Navajo Nation Business Opportunity Act will still be used to select the Contractor.
